Physical products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, in an unopened state unless otherwise noted. For products that have been opened but do not meet your expectations we offer a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please email support for an RMA number(Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This RMA number must accompany the return on the shipping label as well as inside the package to qualify for a refund.
